  1. Totally agree, but it is very personal. For me 120 BPM with country music makes me nervous, 120 BPM with ‘the Whitest boy alive’ makes me fit and happy. I use music in my workshops ‘concentration’ ‘relaxation’ ‘stresscoping’ ‘constructive communication’. Always interested in the latest evolutions. Combination of sports, music, mental health > I strongly believe in it.
